At Dubsnatch, we aim to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you are in the world.

That's why we are currently offering FREE shipping on orders made on our online store in the US and United Kingdom!

Every day, we strive to provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Dubsnatch has several warehouses in the USA, Canada, Europe and Asia, but our headquarters are located in Montreal, QC, Canada.

We aim to ship from the warehouse closest to the country of your order to ensure you the best delivery time.

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and European Union countries.

Our order fulfillment hours are from 9 am-5 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Order fulfillment also occurs on Saturdays during holidays and deployment cycles when demand is higher.

Due to technical limitations, orders placed after noon on Fridays through Sunday will be processed on Mondays.

We strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible, so do not hesitate to contact us if you have a special request.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time

Usually, the processing time includes order verification, customization processing, quality check, and packaging.

For the USA and Canada, all orders are processed and packaged to be dispatched within 3 to 8 business days after the order is placed.

For international, processing times differ a bit, and dispatch should occur within 3-15 business days.

If applicable, orders with paid express shipping are prioritized, and orders with added customization are sent to the customization team queue for processing.

Shipping Time

It refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

International shipping with USPS can take anywhere from 15 to 20 business days.

US/Canada orders with USPS and UPS delivery are much faster.

After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 7 business days to arrive at their US/Canada domestic destination.

Still, they can take longer from time to time.

We also use other courier services to ship products from our warehouses in Europe and Asia that we don't currently have in our storage in US/Canada.

In that case, expected delays are a bit higher but still within 15 and 20 working days.
